Welcome to the IBC Chapter website!
We are a group of enthusiastic collectors of all things
relating to
beer and breweriana. We collect cans, bottles, advertising and ephemera from
breweries old and new. Our collecting interests
range from obscure pre-prohibition
labels to the latest canned offerings from Sun King Brewery.
We are pleased to host an annual trade show in
Indianapolis
which is open to the

Our chapter was formed in 2005 thanks in large
part to the organizing energy of Mike Pope,
along
with the tireless
support of the late Lea Colvin.
Our current IBC Chapter officers are always available to answer
any questions you may have about the chapter or our annual show.

The IBC in our name refers to the historic Indianapolis
Brewing Company 1887 -1948. As a chapter we represent the central and southern parts of
Indiana - but you don't need
to live here to
join us. We encourage communication and the sharing of
knowledge. Our members gather frequently on a social basis
and will visit
each other's collections.
We attend regional and national events and on occasion some of us are known to enjoy
a pint of craft
beer.
